The District Conference 2026 will be taking place at Showplace Peterborough, in Peterborough September 25-27 2026.

DRAFT PROGRAM
The host hotel is the Holiday Inn Waterfront – $195/night (plus HST and a 4% municipal accommodation tax) includes a hot breakfast buffet for 2 people. (A special reservation link will be available on September 25.)
The Youth Exchange will be housed at the Best Western Otonobee.
Conference registration fee is set at $450 (First time attendees $400). There is no partial registration available at this time. Registration includes Friday lunch, nutrition break and Peterborough Party, as well as Saturday lunch, nutrition breaks and Gala.
Extra tickets for both the Friday Night Peterborough Party (6:00 pm at The Canadian Canoe Museum ($50.00) and the District Gala ($150.00) will be available closer to the conference date. Priority goes to those registered for the full conference.
