You will receive a reminder email one week prior and again the day before the conference starts.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION –
If you had previously registered for the in-person conference your registration will automatically be transferred over to the 2021 conference in Timmins, September 10 – 12, 2021 at The Senator Hotel and Conference Senator. Should you be unable to attend Timmins and prefer a refund, a full refund can be requested through the District Registrar Ron Walton – firstname.lastname@example.org.
GUEST ROOM RESERVATION –
If you had booked a guest room at the Rosseau your reservation was cancelled as of August 15th. You do not need to do anything.
